Dear Friends of Showcase,

After resuming work in mid-April, and under the challenging circumstances of the pandemic, we are excited to announce that more than 20 top interior and landscape designers have finished transforming 27 distinct spaces at 22 · 22nd Avenue into the spectacular home of the 43rd annual Decorator Showcase. This Mediterranean-style house in the West Clay Park neighborhood near Seacliff and the Presidio will be featured in the first-ever virtual Showcase tour launching Saturday, August 29, 2020. Due to the current public health concerns caused by COVID-19, Showcase will not be open to the public for in-person tours this season.

The Showcase virtual tours will include both a comprehensive walk-through video tour of the house and landscaped spaces and an Interactive 3-D self-guided tour with links to designer interviews and more. The home features three levels, including five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a media/entertainment space, reading room, wine cellar, and an optimal floor plan for indoor and outdoor living. The virtual tours will be available for purchase on the new Showcase website which is currently under construction and will also launch on August 29th.

We are excited to bring Showcase to an even wider audience as we continue our annual benefit for the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid Program. The pandemic and resulting economic crisis means additional need by our families for financial support.
